What You’ll Be Doing
Your key tasks will include:
You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deeply understand key client accounts, identify opportunities for engagement and expansion, and design tailored marketing approaches to support those relationships.
This is not a lead generation or outbound role. Instead, you will act as a strategic partner to BD—translating account insights into targeted marketing initiatives and coordinating with the marketing team to bring those plans to life
- Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts across the UK, AU, and US markets.
- Develop structured, insight-led ABM engagement plans for named prospects.
- Conduct deep research into existing client organizations to identify engagement and growth opportunities
- Define the most effective marketing approach for each account (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns, content, targeted outreach support)
- Partner with Business Development Managers to understand key accounts, stakeholders, and ongoing opportunities
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with BD objectives and supports ongoing conversations
- Create account-specific sales enablement materials to support deal progression.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine account strategies over time
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with hands-on ABM ownership
- Has experience working closely with sales, account management, or business development teams
- Proven collaboration with Sales or Business Development teams
- Can think strategically about how to engage different stakeholders within an organization
- Experience with US, UK or AU markets.
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong written English and confident stakeholder communication
- High organizational ability across multiple global regions

- Experience in construction, building products, architecture, manufacturing, or specification-led sectors
- Comfort with modern digital tools and data-driven performance reporting
